Overview

Labcup is a whole life cycle chemical inventory system which is run through a web page along with android and apple apps. This alllow's easy and convieniant access to your chemical inventory.

The system works through the use of barcodes on every bottle of chemical which will allow them to be tracked through the building until they are ultimately disposed of or delepleted.

Barcode's will be assigned to the chemicals as they arrive in stores allowing a easy to use system for the research group.

Training Sessions

The Sessions are open to all but places are limited please book with Christopher Turnbull before attending to ensure a place is available for you. It is recommended you attend one of these to ensure that you are able to make full use of the system as soon as possible.

    Receiving Chemicals.


    This is how to receive chemicals from another research group which has offered you one of their chemical's. 

  • How to add new users to your group.

     

     

    Below are the Details of the Group Roles and what each one will allow your new user to do. (Please select Carefully)


    - Group admin: full group access, can also create new users for that group

    - Write: can add/edit etc all group inventory

    - Read: Can only search the inventory for that group, cannot edit

  • The Loading Bay (stores staff)

    Adding Chemicals. 


    This can be done as and when the chemicals arrive. 

    Delivering Chemcials. 


    This is done at the time allocated for delivery.
