Solvent Store:

12:00 am to 1:00 pm

Use an appropriate link to download the required form for purchases from elsewhere within the University.

Search the Online Stock Catalogue  

The EPS stores catalogue is now available at My Manchester.

Login to the above site.

Click on ‘add tab’ at the far right of the default tabs.  
Rename it to Stores.  
On the left below the tabs click on ‘CUSTOMISE’.  A dark grey box should appear where you can various portlets/apps.  
Scroll to ‘Stores Catalogue’.
Done. You only need to do this once.

Notes:

• On the new stores tab you have to click on ‘maximise the portlet’ each time you use it.
• The results back will show items from ALL eps stores which therefore may include duplicate items, so check it’s Chemistry stores, although there’s nothing preventing from actually using any eps store (other than the physical distance!).
• The wildcard search is just a basic one word search.

Admin staff and account holders who would like to see reports on transactions and spending on account codes can request read access to the 'Stores Managment' portlet.
